Description

Das blaugelb Adapterprofil PVC/TK aus einem TK-Kern (Thermoplastischer Kunststoff) und einer beidseitig 2 mm PVC-Deckschicht (Polyvinylchlorid) ist für bestmöglichen Wärme- und Feuchteschutz an Haus- und Balkontüren aus Kunststoff, Aluminium, Holz und Holz/Aluminium einsetzbar. Das blaugelb Adapterprofil PVC/TK ist robust, widerstandsfähig und zeichnet sich durch schnelle und einfache Montage aus. Das blaugelb Adapterprofil PVC/TK ermöglicht eine thermische Trennung und reduziert mögliche Wärmebrücken gegenüber herkömmlichen Kunststoffprofilen mit Stahlarmierung. Es ist dimensionsstabil, 100% HFCKW-, HFKW- und HBCD-frei.

Das blaugelb Adapterprofil PVC/TK wurde speziell für die Montage als Bodeneinstandsprofil unter Blendrahmen und Systembodenschwellen für bodentiefe Elemente entwickelt. Die Fräskontur des blaugelb Adapterprofils PVC/TK passt sich sowohl dem Systembodenschwellenprofil als auch dem Blendrahmenprofil nahtlos an. Somit kann ein blaugelb Adapterprofil PVC/TK für die Blendrahmensysteme und Systembodenschwellen eines Profilsystemgebers verwenden werden. Die profilbezogenen Adapterprofile PVC/TK können in Höhen von 30 bis 300 mm hergestellt werden.

Durch die innovative Schwalbenschwanzverbindung können die blaugelb Adapterprofile PVC/TK formschlüssig ineinandergefügt und somit endlos verarbeitet werden. Die Schwalbenschwanzverbindung optimiert den Verschnitt bis zur kompletten Verschnittfreiheit.

Durch die eingefräste Nut-Feder-Verbindung besteht die Möglichkeit das profilbezogene Adapterprofil PVC/TK mit profilunabhängigen Sockeldämmprofilen zu adaptieren. So haben beide zu verbindende Profile an einem Rand je eine Nut und am anderen Rand je eine Feder und sind untereinander in der Höhe koppelbar.

Die konturangepasste Aufnahme gewährleistet eine schnelle und einfache Montage des Profils mit der blaugelb Rahmenfixschraube FK-T30 und eine exakte Positionierung durch die Konturfräsung. Somit entsteht keine Hohlkammer zwischen Bankanschlussprofil und Blendrahmen und durch die prozesssichere Abdichtung wird Luftdichtheit erreicht.
