The blue-yellow glass rebate insert compensates for the rebate base of the window or door profile and allows for the drainage of any water that may have entered the rebate, thanks to the design of its side resting on the frame. Furthermore, the blue-yellow glass rebate insert serves as a receiving surface for the packing with blue-yellow glazing blocks to balance the space between the pane and the profile, and ensures the position of the inserted blue-yellow glazing blocks through existing glass block safety features.

The blue-yellow glass rebate insert supports the rebate space ventilation and load transfer. They provide the base for the block material, but are not a substitute for the glazing blocks. The clamping bow system ensures easier installation and optimal clamping behaviour.
