The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS is robust, durable, and features quick and easy installation. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS allows for thermal separation, reducing potential thermal bridges of conventional plastic profiles with steel reinforcement. It is dimensionally stable, 100% free of HCFCs, HFCs, and HBCD, and has been tested for low pollutant emissions according to EMICODE EC1 Plus. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS has been specifically developed for installation as a floor entry profile under lift-and-slide door threshold systems.
Through the innovative dove-tail joint, the blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS can be seamlessly joined together and thus processed endlessly. The dove-tail joint optimises waste reduction to complete waste-free processing, while the actual profile length of 1,200 mm is ideal for transport and storage (Euro pallet). In the groove-and-tongue connection, each of the two connecting blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS has two grooves and two tongues and can be coupled together in height.
The contour-adapted receptacle ensures quick and easy installation of the profile with the blaugelb frame fixing screw FK-T30 and precise positioning through contour milling. This eliminates any hollow chamber between the bank connection profile and the frame, and air tightness is achieved through process-secure sealing.
