The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS is robust, durable, and features quick and easy installation. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS allows for thermal separation, reducing possible thermal bridges of conventional plastic profiles with steel reinforcement. It is dimensionally stable, 100% free of HFCKW, HFKW, and HBCD, and low in pollutants, tested according to EMICODE EC1 Plus. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS has been specifically developed for installation as a base profile under lift-and-slide door threshold systems.
Through the innovative dovetail joint, the blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS can be seamlessly joined together and thus processed endlessly. The dovetail joint optimises waste reduction to complete waste-free processing, while the actual profile length of 1,200 mm is ideal for transport and storage (Euro pallet). Thanks to its low weight and compact

In the tongue-and-groove connection, both connecting blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS have two grooves and two tongues each, and can be coupled in height.
The contour-adapted receptacle ensures quick and easy installation of the profile with the blaugelb frame fixing screw FK-T30 and precise positioning through contour milling. This prevents any hollow chamber between the base connection profile and the frame, and air tightness is achieved through process-safe sealing.
