The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS is robust, durable, and characterised by quick and easy installation. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS allows for thermal separation, reducing the potential thermal bridges of conventional plastic profiles with steel reinforcement. It is dimensionally stable, 100% free of HCFCs, HFCs, and HBCD, and has been tested for low pollutant levels according to EMICODE EC1 Plus. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS was specifically developed for installation as a floor threshold profile under lift-and-slide door threshold systems.
Through the innovative dovetail connection, the blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS can be joined together form-fittingly and thus processed endlessly. The dovetail connection optimises waste to complete waste-free processing, while the actual profile length of 1,200 mm is ideal for transport and storage (Euro pallet). Thanks to the low weight and compact
dimensions, the blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS can be processed incredibly quickly and easily.
In the tongue-and-groove connection, each of the two connecting blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS has two grooves and two tongues, allowing them to be coupled in height.
The contour-adapted receptacle ensures quick and easy installation of the profile with the blaugelb frame fixing screw FK-T30 and precise positioning through the contour milling. This prevents any hollow chamber between the bank connection profile and the frame, and air tightness is achieved through process-safe sealing.
