The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS is robust, durable, and characterised by quick and easy installation. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS allows for thermal separation, reducing potential thermal bridges of conventional plastic profiles with steel reinforcement. It is dimensionally stable, 100% free of HCFCs, HFCs, and HBCD, and has been tested for low pollutant levels according to EMICODE EC1 Plus. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS has been specifically developed for installation as a base profile under lift-and-slide door threshold systems.
Thanks to the innovative dovetail connection, the blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS can be seamlessly joined together and thus processed endlessly. The dovetail connection optimises waste reduction to achieve complete waste-free processing, while the actual profile length of 1,200 mm is ideal for transport and storage (Euro pallet). Due to its low weight and compact
dimensions, the blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS can be processed incredibly quickly and easily.
In the groove-and-tongue connection, each of the two blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS to be connected has two grooves and two tongues and can be coupled vertically with each other.
The contour-adapted receptacle ensures quick and easy installation of the profile with the blaugelb frame fixing screw FK-T30 and precise positioning through contour milling. This prevents any hollow chamber between the bank connection profile and the frame, and the process-safe sealing achieves airtightness.
