The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS is robust, durable, and characterised by quick and easy installation. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS allows for thermal separation, reducing potential thermal bridges found in conventional plastic profiles with steel reinforcement. It is dimensionally stable, 100% free from HCFCs, HFCs, and HBCD, and has been tested for low pollutant emissions according to EMICODE EC1 Plus. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS has been specifically developed for installation as a floor transition profile under lift-and-slide door threshold systems.
Thanks to the innovative dovetail connection, the blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS can be seamlessly joined together and processed endlessly. The dovetail connection optimises waste reduction to complete waste-free processing, while the actual profile length of 1,200 mm is ideal for transport and storage (Euro pallet). Due to its low weight and compact dimensions, the blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS can be processed incredibly quickly and easily.
In the groove-tongue connection, both connecting blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS have two grooves and two tongues each and can be coupled in height.
The contour-adapted receptacle ensures quick and easy installation of the profile with the blaugelb frame fixing screw FK-T30 and precise positioning through contour milling. This eliminates any hollow chamber between the base connection profile and the frame, and air tightness is achieved through process-safe sealing.
