The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS is robust, durable, and features quick and easy installation. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS enables thermal separation, reducing potential thermal bridges of conventional plastic profiles with steel reinforcement. It is dimensionally stable, 100% free of HCFCs, HFCs, and HBCD, and low in harmful substances, tested according to EMICODE EC1 Plus. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS was specifically developed for installation as a floor threshold profile under lift-and-slide door threshold systems.
Thanks to the innovative dovetail connection, the blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS can be seamlessly joined together and processed endlessly. The dovetail connection optimises waste reduction to the point of complete waste-free processing, while the actual profile length of 1,200 mm is ideal for transport and storage (Euro pallet). In the groove-and-tongue connection, each of the two connecting blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS has two grooves and two tongues, allowing them to be coupled in height.
The contour-adapted receptacle ensures quick and easy installation of the profile with the blaugelb frame fixing screw FK-T30 and precise positioning through contour milling. This eliminates any hollow chamber between the bank connection profile and the frame, and the process-secure sealing achieves airtightness.
