The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS is robust, durable, and features quick and easy installation. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS allows for thermal separation, reducing potential thermal bridges of conventional plastic profiles with steel reinforcement. It is dimensionally stable, 100% free of HCFCs, HFCs, and HBCD, and has been tested for low harmful substances according to EMICODE EC1 Plus. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS has been specifically developed for installation as a floor threshold profile under lift-and-slide door threshold systems.
Through the innovative dovetail connection, the blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS can be interlocked precisely and thus processed endlessly. The dovetail connection optimises waste reduction up to complete waste-free processing, while the actual profile length of 1,200 mm is ideal for transport and storage (Euro pallet). In the tongue-and-groove connection, both connecting blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS have two grooves and two tongues each and can be coupled in height.
The contour-adapted receptacle ensures quick and easy installation of the profile with the blaugelb frame fixing screw FK-T30 and precise positioning through the contour milling. This prevents any hollow chamber between the bank connection profile and the frame, and the process-safe sealing achieves airtightness.
