The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS is robust, durable, and characterised by quick and easy installation. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS enables thermal separation, reducing potential thermal bridges typical of conventional plastic profiles with steel reinforcement. It is dimensionally stable, 100% free of HCFCs, HFCs, and HBCD, and has been tested for low emissions according to EMICODE EC1 Plus. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS has been specifically developed for installation as a floor threshold profile under lift-and-slide door threshold systems.
Thanks to the innovative dovetail connection, the blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS can be seamlessly joined together, allowing for endless processing. The dovetail connection optimises waste reduction to achieve complete waste-free processing, while the actual profile length of 1,200 mm is ideal for transport and storage (Euro pallet). Due to the low weight and compact
dimensions, the blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS can be processed incredibly quickly and easily.
In the tongue-and-groove connection, each of the two connecting blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS has two grooves and two tongues and can be coupled in height.
The contour-adapted receptacle ensures quick and easy installation of the profile with the blaugelb frame fixing screw FK-T30 and precise positioning through contour milling. This prevents any hollow chamber between the base connection profile and the frame, and the process-safe sealing achieves airtightness.
