The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS is robust, resilient, and features quick and easy installation. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS enables thermal separation, reducing potential thermal bridges of conventional plastic profiles with steel reinforcement. It is dimensionally stable, 100% free of CFCs, HFCs, and HBCD, and low in pollutants, tested according to EMICODE EC1 Plus. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS has been specially developed for installation as a base profile under lift-and-slide door threshold systems.
Thanks to the innovative dovetail joint, the blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS can be seamlessly joined together and processed endlessly. The dovetail joint optimises waste to achieve complete waste-free processing, while the actual profile length of 1,200 mm is ideal for transport and storage (Euro pallet). Due to the low weight and compact
dimensions, the blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS can be processed incredibly quickly and easily.
In the groove-and-tongue connection, each of the two connecting blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS has two grooves and two tongues and can be coupled in height.
The contour-adapted receptacle ensures quick and easy installation of the profile with the blaugelb frame fixing screw FK-T30 and precise positioning through contour milling. This prevents any hollow chamber between the base connection profile and the reveal frame, and the process-safe sealing achieves airtightness.
