The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS is robust, durable, and characterised by quick and easy installation. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS enables thermal separation, reducing the potential thermal bridges of conventional plastic profiles with steel reinforcement. It is dimensionally stable, 100% free of HCFCs, HFCs, and HBCD, and low in pollutants, tested according to EMICODE EC1 Plus. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS has been specifically developed for installation as a floor threshold profile under lift-and-slide door threshold systems.
Thanks to the innovative dove-tail connection, the blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS can be joined together form-fittingly and processed endlessly. The dove-tail connection optimises waste reduction to complete waste-free processing, while the actual profile length of 1,200 mm is ideal for transport and storage (Euro pallet). Due to the low weight and compact
dimensions, the blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS can be processed incredibly quickly and easily.
In the groove-and-tongue connection, both connecting blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS have two grooves and two tongues each and can be coupled in height with one another.
The contour-adapted receptacle ensures quick and easy installation of the profile with the blaugelb frame fixing screw FK-T30 and precise positioning through contour milling. This prevents any hollow chamber between the bank connection profile and the frame, and airtightness is achieved through process-safe sealing.
