Product highlights:
We have developed the GHO 18V-26 Professional planer for perfectly flat surfaces. This was made possible by the high-precision alignment of the aluminium base and depth adjustment plate. This planer with a brushless motor is equipped with a 1-blade head that allows for very fast and easy blade changes. Its new generation Wood Razor blade allows for three times more cuts than previous Bosch Wood Razor blades before becoming dull. The tool is very comfortable and pleasant to use: thanks to the dual chip ejection (left or right), the vacuum hose can be attached on both sides and chips can be ejected to the left or right.
Equipment and application:
The GHO 18V-26 Professional is suitable for adjusting, planing, and flattening wooden beams and other wooden parts. Its main applications are edge planing, rebating, fitting doors, and chamfering edges. It is suitable for hardwood, softwood, chipboard, OSB boards, and MDF. It is compatible with all 82 mm Wood Razor blades, all existing Bosch Professional GHO dust bags, and all Bosch Professional vacuum cleaners thanks to the universal hose cuff. The tool is compatible with the Bosch Professional 18V system and the cross-brand AMPShare battery alliance.
Additional information:
It features a motor brake that stops the blade roller in less than a second, longer battery life thanks to its 1-blade head system, and 3 different chamfer grooves. The tool is equipped with a spare blade compartment, which already contains 1 spare blade upon delivery. The scope of delivery also includes a chip bag and a parallel guide. The Constant Electronic keeps the tool's cutting speed constant under load.
