Description

The screw anchor MULTI-MONTI®-plus (MMS-plus) is an advancement of the concrete screw MULTI-MONTI®. It is screwed directly into a pre-drilled hole without a plug and is immediately load-bearing. The reinforced serration at the screw tip cuts an internal thread into the building material during installation. This creates a form fit, through which the anchoring ultimately occurs. This not only simplifies the assembly process but also ensures a high level of application safety for the craftsman. The concrete screw MULTI-MONTI®-plus can be processed close to the edge and without a torque wrench, is completely disassemblable, and can be reused after testing.
