Description
The new AT roller conveyor is a belt system that can be adapted to all common profile systems. Its roller diameter of 20 mm meets the high design requirements of builders and architects for a discreet appearance of the hinges on their house and object doors. It is adjustable in six directions. The adjustment takes place inside the hinges. Even with extreme adjustment, the attractive hinge contour is maintained. The largely pre-assembled hinge is quick and easy to install.
A one-piece stainless steel bearing pin ensures high stability. It is designed in such a way that the door leaf can be easily removed even with a low lintel. The bearing point made of high-quality special material is almost wear-free even with very high door weights and high frequency, and does not require maintenance by the facility management.
The AT roller conveyor is system-adapted hinges that have been developed in close cooperation with the profile manufacturers. Different profile combinations require special variants. Therefore, for inquiry and order processing, the exact specification of the profile combinations used is required.
