Soudafoam B2 ist ein einkomponentiger Polyurethanschaum.

Zum Dämmen und Isolieren im Kühlwagen- und Kühlraumbau
Befestigen und Ausfüllen im Apparate- und Metallbau sowie bei Elektroinstallationen
Montage und Ausschäumen von Fenster- und Türrahmen sowie Fensterbänken
Schalldämmung
Ausschäumen von Hohlräumen, z.B. Mauerdurchbrüchen, Dachausbauten, Türzargen, Rohrdurchführungen, Rolladenkästen, etc.
Ausschäumen von Hohlräumen und Fugen in Wärmedämmsystemen nach DIN 4102

Before starting work, protect adjacent areas from contamination. Always wear safety goggles and gloves. Ensure adequate ventilation and keep away from sources of ignition. Moistening the substrate promotes adhesion and accelerates curing. Adhesive surfaces must be load-bearing, dust-free, and grease-free. Processing temperature: min. +5°C to max. +25°C. Screw the adapter tube tightly onto the valve of the can and shake the can vigorously with the valve facing downwards about 20 times to ensure the contents are well mixed and the foam quality is optimised. Hold the can with the valve lever facing downwards in the spraying position and evenly foam by applying light pressure to the valve lever. Only foam joints or cavities to about 1/2 as the foam will still expand. Immediately remove any foam contamination with SOUDAL Foam Cleaner. Tack-free after 10 minutes, can be cut after 1 hour, and fully load-bearing after 12 hours (average). Store the can upright. Clean with Soudal PU Foam Cleaner for repeated use.
