The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS is robust, durable, and characterised by quick and easy installation. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS enables thermal separation, reducing the potential thermal bridges of conventional plastic profiles with steel reinforcement. It is dimensionally stable, 100% free of HFCKW, HFKW, and HBCD, and low in pollutants, tested according to EMICODE EC1 Plus. The blaugelb Sockeldämmprofil EPS HS has been specifically developed for installation as a floor connection profile under lift-and-slide door threshold systems.
Thanks to the innovative dovetail connection, the blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS can be interlocked precisely and thus processed endlessly. The dovetail connection optimises waste to achieve complete waste freedom, while the actual profile length of 1,200 mm is ideal for transport and storage (euro pallet). Due to its low weight and compact
dimensions, the blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS can be processed incredibly quickly and easily.
In the tongue-and-groove connection, both connecting blaugelb Sockeldämmprofile EPS HS have two grooves and two tongues each and can be coupled in height.
The contour-adapted receptacle ensures quick and easy installation of the profile with the blaugelb frame fixing screw FK-T30 and precise positioning through contour milling. This prevents any hollow chamber between the base connection profile and the frame, and airtightness is achieved through process-safe sealing.
