A flat dowel for all common building material thicknesses.
The cavity dowel DuoHM covers all common building material thicknesses from 9.5 - 30 mm with just one length. Thanks to the new and unique combination of nylon and metal, the DuoHM enables high loads and maximum flexibility in panel building materials. The metal sleeve folds behind the building material and presses against the back of the panel, while the plastic dowel expands in the panel. The DuoHM is quickly and easily installed using a cordless screwdriver without the need for additional setting tools. This reduces installation time by up to 50% compared to conventional flat dowels. Thanks to the metric internal thread, the attachment can be screwed in and removed multiple times. In addition to the supplied screw, the DuoHM can also be used with other metric screws. The nylon anti-rotation feature protects the surface of the building material from damage. Due to the narrow dowel rim, the dowel is no longer visible behind the attachment.
