The MULTI-MONTI®-plus screw anchor (MMS-plus) is an evolution of the MULTI-MONTI® concrete screw. It is screwed directly into a pre-drilled hole without a plug and is immediately loadable. The reinforced teeth at the screw tip cut an internal thread into the building material when screwed in. This creates a form lock, through which the anchoring ultimately takes place. This not only simplifies the installation process but also ensures a high level of application safety for the craftsman. The MULTI-MONTI®-plus concrete screw can be processed close to the edge and without a torque wrench, is completely disassemblable, and can be reused after testing.
